Done For You

  • Decorating is done for you when you use primarily the decor we provide in the Decor Cottage — bring in up to 2 SUVs of additional decor with no fee.
  • Clean-up and packing are done for you — we load your gifts, cards, marriage license, and leftover food into your designated cars while the dance floor is still going.
  • A wedding planning book, created by our team for our couples, to relieve stress and help you think through your day.
  • Photo Booth included.
  • Shuttle for the wedding party (and some guests, as a sign-up option during the reception).

Everyday Amenities

  • 3 natural gas fire pits — we have roasting sticks if you'd like to roast marshmallows.
  • 2 courtyards — grass and concrete.
  • Pool table, dart board, poker, games, corn hole, and yard games.
  • Baseline included: tables, chairs, in-floor heat, and air conditioning.
  • Water bottles, water canisters, and plastic cups provided for guests; electrolytes and all-day coffee for the wedding party.
  • On-site sleeping in the Grain Bin when you book an overnight.

Special Touches

  • $250 bar credit for military, veterans, first responders, police, and teachers (1 per event).
  • No fee to change your date in case of deployment, family emergency, or pregnancy.
  • Fishing allowed at our pond the morning of (or the day before, for Friday–Saturday bookings) — bring your own poles and best lures.

We're more than willing to create individual plans to accommodate any special needs to the best of our ability — just ask.

  • Padded seating as requested
  • Armchairs to assist with getting up and down
  • Raised toilet seats (commodes) as requested

  • Staff available to open doors and assist as needed
  • Parking on the concrete area close to the facility — happy to pull your car around as you leave
  • Throw blankets if you're feeling chilled
  • Benches throughout the campus for rest

  • Low blood sugar suckers on-site
